First, put 3 bundles of wheat in the bottom row. Then, in the middle row, put sugar, then a egg, the more sugar.

Last, in the top row, put 3 buckets of milk.

Cakes restore 1 hunger each use and can be used 6 times, for a total of 6 health restored.

You first have to place the cake like a normal block before you can eat it. Right clicking on the cake will eat one slice, a cake contains seven slices before it is all gone.
