How to finish los desperados mission?

You are unable to skip this important mission; you have to get through it on your own merits.

Help Tip: If CJ starts running out of health, you can run him back to the station behind the ground where the mission takes place, and get a can of drink from the drinks machine, and run him back to the scene again.

All that CJ has to do is work his way through the various segments of the mission, by eliminating all of Vagos gang members opposing Cesar. The last part of the mission includes a guy with an RPG on the roof of a house, so it is best to get him quickly before finishing the others off. Once all the opposition is eliminated, this will be the end of the mission and Cesar will have his territory back.

Help Tip: If CJ is losing health, you can run him back to the station behind the ground where the mission is taking place, and let him top it up with a drink from the drinks machine, and then run him back to the action.

It is best to keep CJ behind the corners of buildings and check out what is in front before moving forward with Cesar and the gang, this way he avoids a lot of damage. Look out for the heart near one of the buildings, to help boost CJ's health line if necessary. Keep an eye out for the guy on the roof with the RPG in the final part of this mission, and take him out as soon as possible first.
