1st, u have to go to power plant - where u caught zapdos in FR and LG. then ull see there is the place where they control the elect, from kanto. then, u have to speak with that man who is in front of a huge machine. u'll say u'll help him. then go to cerulean, to water gym (misty's(«) and using pokegear, find an item. then go again to power plant, and chat with that man again. u just restored kanto's electr. and now u can go from johto to kanto and from kanto to johto by magnet train. then u have to go to lavander, go into a tower - in old vers it was a cemitery but now its just kanto's radio station - and talk to an old man with a brown hat and clothes. he will give you an item an with it, you can listen to kanto radio stations. then go to vermillion and in front of snorlax, put the radio - in pokegear - in the high station, in the middle which is pokeflute .

find the generator (or machine piece)and bring it to the power plant,then go to lavender,go in the radio tower guy will give u expn card.go to vermillon and go to where snorlax is turn your pokegear to poke Flute channel and battle or capture it,go pass diglet's cave and you will reach the end,then make your way to pallet town.hope this helps
