i have been looking into this myself and I have found two beliefs of how the world and universe was formed
in one there was a giant who was burned and formed the universe, his blood made all water on earth, the seas rivers, and oceans. his bones became motions and his hair became forest, his skull becoming the sky, and his heart was the gods and goddesses
the second version is that the heaven and earth were created of Giants. their children, who liked in the darkness between them. one of the male children cut his brother into peaces, his skull became the sky and heavens, his blood drowned the hole world killing all but two humans that serviced in a boat and when the blood or water sank down it became the oceans.
that's the best I can give you
