Go to the mod shops. they are the wrenches on the map. the one in south east los santinos is a low rider shop. the only one in san fierro is a street racers shop. you can only use sports cars to customize. not all can go in though! only five. the ones that cannot go into the normal car shops can go in.(not including brodway, non convertible too, slamvans, lowriders, and bikes.)
