That happened to me, too. My brand new games and I couldn't play them. First, try refreshing. A LOT. If your computer is slow, or offline, it may not be able to refresh. Try that a couple of times and the " There is an update available..." Should pop up so that you can update it. I had to update SEVEN times before the box finally stopped coming up!
