This is basically theft if you and she use the software. The purchase was made by her and therefore4 she has the licence right and legal ownership. If you use it its classed as Piracy or software theft as you are using a software programme not purchased by you for that purpose. The system may allow you to sign on but there may be issue if both of you are access online together
