No.
In fact, Pokemon that are left as their unevolved form learn attacks faster than evolved Pokemon, so if you plan on keeping him up to lv100, it might be worth keeping him as a Kadabra until lv90 or so.
That is, unless you like Alakazam :D

Kadabra evolves at LVL. 30 {I think...} If it is already past that, it should evolve around the next few levels. If it doesn't work, try this~: Evolve Kadabra by trading.
in Pokemon crystal the best Pokemon to have are feraligator(evolved form of totodile), weepinbell, kadabra, ledian (i would advise you to this Pokemon ice punch and headbutt), and pidgeot. these are the Pokemon i beat the elite four with
It would be weaker.
Clarify what you mean by "evolved".
Right before you get to goldenrod city you can catch abra then it evolves into kadabra at lv.16. I would recommend you teach it ice punch so that you can train it, and also because it will help allot against the elite 4.
Weaker and earth would spin faster and the moin would be closer to earth all all times
No. A weaker acid mixed with a stronger acid would dilute the stronger acid. The resulting pH would be in between that of the mixed acids.
A single word to describe 'less strong' would be 'weaker'.
Not the best team but still great. I'd have to say though, you shouldn't have 3 flying type Pokemon. I would swap Pidgeot for Nidoking, Snorlax or exeggcute. If you went for exeggcute then I would consider swapping kadabra for Nidoking or Snorlax.
Kadabra, along with Haunter, Machoke, and Graveler, can't evolve without being traded. Nintendo made Pokemon like these this way so you and/or your friends would have to buy more of Nintendo's game products if you and your friends want to complete your Pokédex.
