At least on the PC version, no. It saves every savepoint, not on a designated file. So every savepoint of every gamefile will be in one long queue in the Load Game option.
yes for example auto save save-1 you can delete the auto save without harming the others so no you wont go back to the start
to obtain an anti-material rifle in Fallout: New Vegas you have to be at least level 26 for vendors to start selling them at stores.
start from a previus game save
In my opinion Fallout New Vegas is. In Fallout NV it is easier to make caps so you can buy better wepons and ammo. In Fallout 3 It's hard to make a lot of caps in the begining making it a slow start. But is you want to test your skills play Fallout 3.
No you cannot be idolized by EVERY faction in fallout new vegas. At some point you will either be Vilified by the NCR, or the Legion, Or by both. If you side with the NCR then it will eventually start the quest Beware the wrath of Caesar! where it will make you vilified by the Legion if you do not start to side with them. It is the same with the Legion where it will start the quest Dont Tread On The Bear! Finally if you side with Mr. House then it will start both of those quests
Doc Mitchell gives you a Vault 21 jumpsuit but if you pre ordered the game, you start off with the lightweight leather armor.
you can if you want to but after you beat it it goes back to the main screen where you can load a save that you saved BEFORE you beat the game
press start
No, the original game will not be deleted if you just start another new game. Your "old" loads keep saved.
To begin Arcade Gannon's side quest all you have to do is hire him as a companion. He will then talk to you and he will start the quest. Arcade is located in Old Mormon Fort.
No, you cannot.
Yes you can use a joystick on the PC. When you start Fallout New Vegas with a joystick connected (or connect when game running) it will recognize the joystick and use it as the only input device (yeah, the game designers made it so the keyboard/ mouse is disabled, which sucks).
