If your action replay for DS always says Insert Game Cart and a game cart is inserted what do you do?

if it is Pokemon diamond or pearl you wait do not insert game card until you have selected the oppisit of your diamond pearl then u stick game card in and it will read it as diamond/pearl whatever is the oppisit of your game this happend to me andd i about threw it away lol

Try taking the AR out and then putting in the game you want the cheats for. Then tap on the green *

If that doesn't work your AR is probably a dud. Exchange it for a new one at the store you got it from. i tried to add a new code but all the games got deleted and i cant add them back thnx for the answer

What I do is get a bit of dirt off then change the way you put the game in to diagonal. It works for me
