Not yet. No release dates for the DLC 'Dead Money' have been announced for the PS3, but it is sure to come. The DLC was released to the XBOX Community on December, 21st 2010.
No, im afraid not. The DLC is limited to the XBox 360. It actually does come out for the ps3 in June
