this is soooo easy! all you have too do is get out of the toad town ruins by the yellow pipe in the room too the left of the save block! climb up the mountain us spin jump on the wind spouts keep going up until you reach this giant shell block hit it by jumping then all these shells start shooting out like there was an explosion!!! after the shells are free for you too use.
