Easy, go to agata forest (you know, the place next to taka pass and shisuni (sp) feilds) anyways, follow the path till you find the guy who you trade demon fangs with, or look for the path that leads to the bridge to taka pass. Once there, read the 2 signs (by hitting Z on the ninchuck when you go near the arrows.), one will read "Taka Pass" (i think) and the other arrow will read "Hitoshio springs" go in the direction of the arrow. Or, once you get to the demon fang trader, pull up you map. to the northwest, you will see a path that leads there.
