You need to feed your Pokemon pokeblocks. Feed them pokeblocks that best suite there move set so for instance if your Pokemon has all tough moves you need to feed sour pokeblocks to it. To do that find berries that are sour to check if there sour go to your berries in the bag and press A on check tag it will say if its sour in a red circle. Use the berry blender to blend the sour berry with the four people in lilycove city and feed the pokeblock to your Pokemon if your Pokemon likes the pokeblock that's good cause its toughness will go up more if that happens. Lastly after the Pokemon is finished eating bring it to slateport city and go to the Pokemon fan club and show the chairman your Pokemon and hopefully he will give you a yellow scarf.
