There is no point in heading through Snowpoint Temple, because, to catch Regigas, the legendary Pokemon hidden inside, you need to import all 3 Regis Pokemon to your game from another Pokemon game (I can't remember which one). But, if you have all 3 Pokemon, make your way down the steps, until you reach the ice floor, like in the Snowpoint City Gym. Try different combinations until you find yourself at the next flight of stairs. On this next floor, Regigas is located! Regigas is a Normal Pokemon, so any Special Attack should work! You can go to there caves ( regirock-desert, Regice route 105 and registeel route 120) there will be message in Brail to tell you what to do. One of them will say to wait for time to pass twice. Some people have trouble with this message, all you have to do is just wait for the rock at the back to open up into a door into the next room with the regis in it. I think the other two messages were easy to understand. I weould save right before you fight them because you only have one chance to catch each one. Thata way if you knock it out, die or run out of pokeballs you can just shut of the power.
