This means you intalled your file wrong. there should two folders with the same name "Pumper-Steelworx" one contain the scenary. Move the one with scenary to themed folder then delete the empty one. or you might put it in the wrong place it is C/ progam files/roller coaster tycoon 3/ style/themed.
