At the tribal fire next to Zarlman Two-Moons, drink the Water of the Seers you received the previous quest. It takes something around 30 seconds but when you finish you will see the Vision Wolf emerge from the flames. Follow this vision to the North-West, trying to avoid mobs. If you lose track of where he is, don't worry. All you have to do is go up to Thunder Bluff, around where Darkmoon Faire sets up-directly to the West and up a hill are some rocks-this is the cave. Go inside and you will see an NPC called Seer Wiserunner. Talk to him and complete your quest!

A rite of passage for a girl in the Sioux is to be isolated from much of the tribe for four days. During these four days, other women from the tribe teach her. Boys also have a right of passage that is called a Vision Quest.
The most important time in a Sioux boy's life was his initiation into manhood, often marked by a vision quest. During this rite of passage, he would typically spend time alone in nature, fasting and seeking a vision that would guide him in life. This experience was crucial for gaining spiritual guidance, strength, and a sense of responsibility within the tribe. Successful completion of the vision quest signified his transition into adulthood and his readiness to take on community roles.
