In gta vice city where do you find a helicopter?

In GTA Vice city U can go to downtown and somewhere around the FIre station you will see some bushes.

• Go through them and take a right turn to find ladders going onto a roof where you will find a MAVERICK. U can do VIgilante missions through it.

Sit in it and fly a little higher and look around. On another roof you will see another heli. Choose one which u like and enjoy

(The other heli must be SPARROW but i m not sure though)
