CRTL + SHIFT +C, in they cheat box type boolprop testingcheatsenabled true, close cheat box using exit. right click on your baby. choose make sim unavaible. your babys picture to the left should dissappear, meaning the baby is not in your family anymore, don't worry just right click on your baby again and choose make sim avaible. now you can access its needs menu. have fun!
