In sims three your sims wont age?

Go in to options> Game options and there are 3 options to choose from there [how long you want Sims to live] [The option to turn off ageing] and story progress ( Sims moving in and out etc.)

Um, I'm not sure, the same thing happened to me. I have had a family for 2 weeks (in there life) and they haven't aged a day. They have 2 kids now and i age based on my own knowledge of when they do.

Apparently something is wrong with The Sims 3 Generations pack. I do have that pack but nothing was ever wrong until like a month later? It doesn't make much sense. I as well have been trying to find out why, but i just age them based on the actual ageing system is gives you.

Baby: 3 Days

Toddler: 7 Days

Child: 7 Days

Teenager: 14 Days

Young Adult: 21 Days (Normally, but it might change)

Adult: 21 Days (Usually, but same as young adult ^^)

Elder: 17 Days (^^)

And it tells you how long you have played with that family so you should know when do make them grow up. It might not be like that for every family, but you never know, I hope this helps and your family well live well! :)

Your sims do age in the Sims 3. You can turn aging off, though, in the options menu.

On the normal game screen you go to the ... button in the bottom left hand corner. On it you the press on options, game options and you can then turn off "enable aging".
