It depends on your own opinion of gaming. Many people could say that Halo 3 or Call of Duty 4 is the best game ever, that is just an opinion. So I guess it could be the best game ever for some people and not others.
It's a great game, it is bigger and better in many ways~! You get to interact much more by holding hands, when you dance, shake people's hands and other interactions like that, there are new monsters, and new allies and one old hero from the second game.
