I can not describe how much better it is. The graphics are amazing on campaign and on xbox live. The story line is a see it to believe it kinda thing. If you love the games you don't want to miss the conclusion to such an great story. If you don't have xbox live with this game you are missing out on almost 80% of the content. Most of the new features, such as the ranking system and the ability to make your OWN maps, are also on live. You can also make make maps for LAN play also.
