No it is not related to Runescape The only way it is related is that its an MMORPG There may be a few more things that are related. But most likely its not going to be related.

Definitely it is very successful. According to JAGeX, Runescape will be their main focus until, 2012. After that, it may become what Runescape classic is now, basically, abandoned. JAGeX has 3 other M.M.O.R.P.G.'s "in-the-works", one being Mechscape, the names of the other 2 haven't been released, as of, February 2009.

You can unblock it by going on Jagex's account recovery feature, you will be asked security questions to make sure your that accounts real owner first though.

I believe it is impossible, at this time, to simply unlock your account. Going to the forums and talking to some Jagex Moderators might help, though the account just might be lost.
Rid of RuneScape membership?
You can cancel Runescape membership by going to "Account" on the Menu, then clicking "Account Management, then "Account Information", then click cancel subscription to cancel your existing membership. What is the newest skill that is going to be out in 2010 on scape?
No one knows what the newest skill is yet. It will be let out Mid-2010, or Late 2010. But so far, no one knows what it is except Jagex, the devlopers of RuneScape.
How long is epicbot going to be down for?
Epicbot is down for to long almost for a half year because they cannot fix the problems JaGex gave them because of the new runescape update "botnuke"
