No. Skyrim is rated "M" for blood and goer, sexual content, and alcohol. Sounds terrible, but with blood, yeah there is some of that, and you find brutely murdered bodies as background stuff in dungeons being the goer. I'm still not exactly sure what the sexual content is. Perhaps just that some NPCs wear cloths that are a little revealing. Alcohol is due to the fact that you can get it, and get drunk from it too.
