World of Warcraft needs a minimum of 1 GB of RAM to function properly, although it has been known to run on as little as 512 MB RAM. So, no, it probably would not run on a Compaq Armada M700 with 192 MB RAM, or if it did, it would be really really slow, and freeze alot.
The Compaq Armada supports up to 256 MB of SDRAM. If you have less than this amount (most models came with 64 MB to 128 MB), you can upgrade it.
The first battery-powered laptop to have a VGA-compatible display was the Compaq SLT/286, released in 1988.
The Compaq Evo was a series of business and laptop PC's and thin clients made by Compaq and Hewlett-Pakard. This brand was introduced in May 2001 as a business oriented brand by Compaq, in pace of their Deskpro brand for desktops and Armada for its notebooks. The Evo was rebranded as the HP Compaq, which is what is known as today.
F10 on the splash screen apparently enters the BIOS. Search hp.com for the model and download the manual, it will be in there.
Purchased 3 of these last weekend. Runs world of warcraft at medium settings with no problems at all.
The Compaq Evo N410c is the best rated Compaq laptop available. Although Compaq stopped making laptops back in 2010.
