No it's not. the UMP45 was created for video-games beacuse Heckler and Kotch would not allow the makers of BF3, MW3, etc, to use the real name of the firearm (UMP9) without paying for using it. The first game to use the term "UMP45" did not copy-right the name, so any other video-game is free to use it.
