game shark was a cheat system until the original owner of game shark interact went bankrupt and then went the name was bought by madcatz which nowadays use it as game save devices other than cheat devices however action replay is more of a multimedia centre for ps2 including media player, game saves, and cheat codes that cant be entered in with a simple button code in game however being a action replay user myself i find action replay very easy to use
so to basically answer your question game shark use to be the same as action replay but not anymore
Who to use? Don't you mean 'Who uses the Nintendo DS game shark?'? Well if you do, I do. Well, I use action reply, which is virtually the same as game shark, in this case, I think action replay is better than game shark (for DS). You can do all sorts of things with it, unlimited health, money, lives, etc. You can even input codes that other people make! There are alternatives to Action Reply, such as M3 DS Simply or R4 DS which are the same price as action reply, but contain much more features than action replay, but can do all that action replay can do. the same way u save without ur action replay pswolfer8
== your action replay is broken the same thing happend to my action replay you will have to get a new one sorry =( yea sorry it happened to me too the exact same thing == Updating your Action Replay to the newest version might help, and try a different game ID.
you can't fix it. you need to buy another action replay or call the company of the action replay and let them fix it.
I also have a Action Replay and the same thing happened to me. iI went on to youtube and searched "ACTION REPLAY HELP!?" . It may or may not work with your action replay but i forgot what exactly to do so if i tried to tell you, i would probably be wrong. Hope i helped u out!
AS for a DS lite action replay you don't have to hold it in. Just keep it in there. I expect the same for a DSI
They are essentially the same thing, in the sense that they are game hackers. However, both function using different codes. If you are wondering if one is better than the other, then that depends on which hacks are accessible to your game, and personal preference. I personally own both, and they are both fine.
If it is being transferred from an Action Replay DS to an Action Replay DSi, using the same version of the game, the same codes will work. I used to have both, and I find that my codes from Pokemon: Explorers of Time still works on my Action Replay DSi, even though I originally put them on my Action Replay. You just have to enter the code correctly, and know how to activate it (auto-activate, L+R, etc.). Then it will work.
There is now an "Action Replay PSP" made by Datel. This does the same thing as an Action Replay DS.
No, Action Replay isn't made by the same company.
yes the gameshark is the same as a action replay
Nintendo made an action replay for the dsi. There is an action replay for dsi... The INITIAL codelist is different, for many games have come out since the creation of the action replay ds. However, the possible codelists are exactly the same, the action replay DSi is just not compatible with the other versions of the AR
