Not really. The maximum you can have from one pregnancy (without cheats) is two. You can try speeding up the pregnancy (with the inteenimator biological clock, or The Sim Blender) and if you time it right, you can have more than one pregnancy per sim per day. You can use "forcetwins" on two of the pregnancies, and chances are the 3rd will only be one baby. Then you'll have five.

But if you meant just five infants in one family at a time, yes. Even without cheats. There is no limit to how many babies a family can have at a time, given the right number of mothers. But if there's only one mother (therefore quintuplets) then you'll want to use the cheats listed above. And you might also want to use "maxmotives" or "motivedecay off", because five babies is an awful lot to have to deal with at once.
