I saw him then he disappeared, I went off then back on and he gave me a letter from Nintendo. It was a snowman vanity I got it because I built a snowman and talked to it. If you make a snowman then you get cool snowman furniture that's how you get to see him.

Pete the pelican is the mail carrier in AC. In the GameCube version, once you've covered the desk behind the front desk full of five letters, hurry out the door of the post office and look for Pete. Just then he should be going up into the sky. In City Folk sometimes he's wandering around the town. If he has a letter to give you, he'll be standing outside of your house. In Wild World, I haven't ever seen him except maybe flying in the air a few times.

First you must change the date to 21 September 2031. Shake every tree until you find 3000 bells. You must plant this money in an open area. The next day plant 9 orange trees surrounding your money tree. Without changing the time or date wait til the next winter for them to grow. Every day you must collect your Oranges and sell them to get money and you must put this money in your bank. When you reach the first day of winter, when Red is present, go and buy a painting and donate it to the museum. This will only work on this certain day because there are certain paintings that will work for this. Once there is a painting in the museum Pete will be happy because he likes paintings according to the Animal Crossing character profiles. Starting from the nextr day, every day for a week you must purchase a coffee from Brewster. Then collect the regal furniture set by the 25 of September. On the 26 September you must then get ten letters from mum and place them outside your house, along with the money you have left from the oranges, and the regal furniture set. 3 days later go outside at 5:14 pm and Pete will be there. Talk to him and he will thank you for the gifts. Warning: you will not get them back. He should in return give you a golden lamp. You can use this to modify your character's hair, nose, eyes, mouth, and body. This has worked for me on many occasions and it is highly reccommended. Have fun! it might take a while but it is fully worth it.
