Qriocity, which was Sony's cloud-based music and media service, was initially offered for free with certain features, but it also included subscription-based options for additional content and services. However, the service has since been rebranded and integrated into other platforms, such as PlayStation Music and Sony's Music Unlimited, which may have varying pricing models. It's best to check the current offerings on Sony's official website for the latest information on pricing and features.
