yes
MLB 2K10 on the Wii is not like the PC, PS3, or XBOX 360. It does not have MLB Today (Which sucks :( cause i also have a Wii) or My Player Mode (Which also sucks.). The Wii only has Exhibition, Homerun Derby, Franchise, and Season. If you don't have a XBOX 360 or a PS3 i would recomend getting MLB 2K10 for a PC.
This is more of an opinion question, but in most areas that I have checked it seems like the Wii version is a lower quality than the other versions.
To unlock old jerseys in MLB 2K10 for Wii, you need to complete specific challenges in the game's "My Player" mode or achieve certain milestones. Additionally, some jerseys can be unlocked by playing through the season and reaching particular accomplishments. Keep an eye on the in-game notifications for any unlockable content as you progress.

In MLB 2K10 for Wii, you can dive for a ball by pressing the "B" button while running towards it. Make sure you're in the right position to catch the ball, as diving can help you snag difficult catches. Timing is crucial, so dive just before you reach the ball for the best chance of making the play.
