Two of the 3 systems are not released anywhere yet. Everywhere that has PS3 and Xbox360 will end up getting the PS4 and Xbox one. Why would you even wonder about it? The companies sell consoles just to allow them to continue selling the many more products that support the systems. ie games downloaded content and accessories as well as all the 3rd party services that are also licenced to be sold through the consoles
