As far as I know, the only hard drive sizes that come with the PS3 are 40, 60, and 80 gigabytes. If you are looking to replace your hard drive with a bigger one you can get a 160 and 250 gigabyte serial sata hard drive. Sony made the hard drives very easy to replace.
