Yes, there is a bobblehead in Vault 92 in "Fallout 3." Specifically, it is the Speech Bobblehead, which can be found on a table in the upper-level area of the vault. Collecting this bobblehead increases your Speech skill by 10 points, making it a valuable item for players looking to enhance their dialogue options.
You can find the Science bobblehead in the living quarters of Vault 106 . It should be on a desk or table.
The Charisma Bobblehead is located in Vault 108, in the cloning lab.
There are 7 vaults as follows: Vault 87 Vault 92 Vault 101 Vault 106 Vault 108 and Vault 112
south-east of vault 92
The alien crash site is under neither Vault 92 and Clifftop shacks. The distance on the radar is about the distance of Clifftop shacks and Vault 92 wide. Good luck.
The cast of Mr Bobblehead - 2013 includes: Annelise Francis as Mr. Bobblehead
I don't believe there is a Tiger Bobblehead. :(
The Endurance bobblehead is in the Deathclaw sanctary. The Deathclaw sanctuary is just northwest of Paradise Falls, if you didn't know it already. When you first walk in, head over to where a brahmin dead body is (it may be glitching and the front half will be stuck in the ground) and right next to it is a small platform. There is the bobblehead. The Agility bobblehead is at Greener Pastures Disposal. Greener Pastures Disposal is south of Vault 92, and the bobblehead is in the office, next to the Average terminal. The Luck bobblehead is in Arlington Cemetary. Arlington Cemetary is south of Dupoint Circle and east of Georgetown. Once you get there, find Arlington House, its northwest of Mama Dolce's and on the western side of the map, its on a hill near the center of the cemetary. Once inside, head to the basement, and there will be a shelf that has the bobblehead on it. For the Barter bobblehead, head east of Smith Casey's Garage and go to Evergreen Mills. This place will be filled with raiders, so be careful. The Mills are divided into 5 interior sections: Evergreen Mills Bazaar, Evergreen Mills Foundry, Guard House, Northern Shack and Southern Shack. You'll want to head to the Bazaar. Once in there, find Smiling Jack, you might as well get the Terrible Shotgun (unique Combat Shotgun) while your here. Just kill him and take it. There are several different ways to do it, but killing him is easiest. But before (or after) you kill him, there's a cave-nook in the room, to the right of Smiling Jack. There's a workbench, jump over it and look on the right-most shelf, and viola. There's your bobblehead! If you want to know anymore, tell me.
in vault 101 on dad 's medical desk. It can be obtained before you take your g.o.a.t, during your escape from the vault or during your brief (optional) return to vault 101. If taken this way, it is in the clinic where you speak to Amata. It is in the clinic's back room on a desk.* If you do not take the bobblehead prior to your initial escape from Vault 101,trouble on the homefront is your last chance to get it, as you'll be permanently banned from Vault 101 afterward unless you choose to sabotage the vault. (If playing on the PC, you can use 'activate' on the door via the console) dunwich building: Virulent Underchambers, in the center of a room near the exit to dunwich building. good luck =)
