not that you can disable cops in gta but there is a cheat to escape the cops whenever you have a wanted level. from your cell, dial 2675550100. also u can add a star to the wanted level. dial 2675550150. hope it helpz..

There is no cheat code to completely remove the police from the game. The only similar cheat is the "Wanted Level Down" code, which removes all your wanted stars and gets the police off your tail when you're being chased.
