The cheat code to beat grandtheftauto san Andreas is sortof a cheat:

It took me a long time to figure out.

Go to the police station any station with a cell< go into the cell and press B, A, B, Y, X, B, WHITE, BLACK LEFT TRIGGER. IT WORKS EVERY TIME.
