But if you want to spawn a Swat tank on PC, get a mod for it. But if you want to spawn one on PS2, buy an Action Replay or a GameShark for PS2. I bought an Action Replay for PS2 and now it spawns one in my garage.

In GTA IV is often used the bike cheat because driving cars was too easy; the physics in GTA IV made vehicle control extremely difficult at first, but once you got used to it it became second nature. The key to motorcycle control is to just relax, and let go of the breaks at the right moment while turning, and then hitting the accelerator again at just the right moment to end the turn and rapidly gain speed again. Using the breaks is something you want to do only for like, a split second. You careen down a road at high speed, you let go of the accelerator, you begin a turn, quickly hit the breaks and then let go just as quickly, and then you hit the accelerator again. The timing has to be very precise, but if you get it right, you'll do well in most car chases, and maybe even escape the cops with 5 stars on you.
