no there is no flack jacket in modern warfare 2 (i wish there was) but sadly the best is blast shield but it will not do much against a grenade launcher or clay more unless it is far away. If i were you i would use marathon or lightweight to stay out of high explosive games like groundwar, demolition, and domination.
