There is. Some vendors sell armor that doesn't have any stats on it which is basically a waste of money unless you want to buy it to RP(roll-play) and then there are some people that sell tier armor that you need to get tokens or whatever it is in the new expansion in order to get.
Find an armor vendor and press the repair button in the transaction window.

In the online game, World of Warcraft or WoW, there is one class that can use a spell called hex. That class is a shaman, characterized by their versatility, healer/dps status, and mail armor.
The best armour for a Warrior is Plate. You can only wear plate from Level 40 onwards, until then wear Mail.
Leather armor on WoW is worn by rogues, shamans, and druids. "Clothies" or characters who can only wear cloth armor are the magic users - warlocks, priests, and mages. Warriors, paladins, and death knights can wear mail and plate armor.

Hi there, I got this info off of the wow guide site http://www.hiddenstuff.com/ -here's how you can make the invulnerable armor in WoW FT. Invulnerable Mail is crafted by Blacksmiths with a skill level of 300. The components are: 30 arcanite bars, 30 enchanted thorium bars, 6 huge emeralds, and 6 azerothian diamonds. Hope this helps!
Armor is a 5-letter word starting with A that means "mail," as in chain mail armor worn by medieval knights.
