Not even the best way. Most Dragon amulets for sale are fake. I dare say probably all of them are. You have to either get the Dragon to give you one out of gratitude or steal one from the Dragon. As you may be aware, they don't often even say "thank you" for good deeds, much less part with amulets; because possession of a dragon amulet commits them to your aid in the future. I've never known a dragon to be even mildly interested in the affairs of humans and actually haven't heard of any cases in the last several hundred years where a dragon gave up an amulet to a human willingly.
