Is there an easyer way to unlock Mewtwo in Super Smash Bros Melee?

To unlock mewtwo, you can either play 700 vs. mode matches, or you can play a combined total of 20 hours in vs. mode. I unlocked mewtwo by playing the 700 vs. matches, and it wasn't as hard as it seemed at first. To do it, I went to special melee and selected a sudden death match (300%). Then, I set it for a stock match, and set the stock to one. One attack can finish the battle, and it counts for the total! It still takes time, but it is an easier way to do it.

Keep the game on for a whole night in melee mode when you wake up mewtwo will appear beat him and you will unlock him, or play the game for 5hrs in melee with four human players.
