It depends on where you are. In the U.S. there is no requirement of a license to own a bullet proof vest by federal law, and most states have no requirement for it. It is illegal to wear a bullet proof vest during the commission of a crime, and felons can't own bullet proof vests (I can't recall if that's state or federal laws), but otherwise, anyone can buy a vest.
Gold is not typically used in bulletproof vests due to its high cost. Nickel is also not commonly used as it does not provide the necessary strength and ballistic protection required for bulletproof vests. Instead, materials like Kevlar, Spectra, and Dyneema are commonly used for their high strength and flexibility.
It's okay to wear but please refer to 2C:39-13 in the Code of Criminal Justice of New Jersey; print and keep a copy in the trauma plate pouch and you should be good.
no u dont
It depends on where you take your dogs. Some beaches require a license while others dont. You will have to check with your local animal shelter for more information
Spider silk is stronger than steal when made right. They do make shirts out of this material that can stop bullets. ----------------------------- There are, but they dont offer good protection like a thick bulletproof vest does. The problem is that when a thin bullet-resistant material is hit by a bullet, it makes such a big 'dent' into the body that it causes shockwaves and damage, especially to internal organs. Bullet proof vest only work if they are thick and stiff to keep these dents from happening. There are some thin and flexible materials (not spider silk) in development that might make great body armor, but its years away.
In pa., I dont think so.
she is a girl. werid video. dont like it or the song.
I dont see what they could charge you with. but they may stop you and ask why you are wearing it.Added: "Maryland law mandates that all persons with a prior CONVICTION for a crime of violence or a drug trafficking crime are prohibited from using, possessing, or purchasing bulletproof body armor without a permit issued by the Secretary of the Maryland State Police. A permit to use, possess, or purchase bulletproof body armor is not required for persons not convicted of a crime of violence or a drug trafficking crime."
you dont need a license to drive gas goped because it is under 50cc. any scooter under 50cc does not require a license. in case you live in california, gopeds are illegal there because of strict pollution and emission laws
Do you mean , If you are insured and dont have a license, and you drive? If that is the question, that you are driving without a license you will get in serious trouble, you could be in a license check going down the highway, or be in an accident, you have to have a license to drive legally.
its like a life jacket its so you dont go to far under the water.
No -------------- Some states dont require a license if you are working in a salon and shampooing is all you do - while under the supervision of a licensed barber/cosmetologist. Ask your local board of heath or Small Business Administration if you need particulars.
