Is there any cheats for age of empire 2 on PS2?

No there are no cheats so far because the company who made the game didn't put the console in so you can't use cheats at the moement so you might have to wait until they realease a patch that has it in. There are however achievements which unlock certain cheats in the game which you can get but some of them are tricky

that will bring you to world builder

Yes! Just go to world builder and do whatever you like. Worlbuilder is acctivated by pressing crtl+w
