Yes. Tetsuya Nomura (director/character designer for Kingdom Hearts) has confirmed that a 'Kingdom Hearts III' will be made. When it will be made is uncertain. Tetsuya Nomura plans on starting Kingdom Hearts III once Square Enix is finished with all of the Final Fantasy XIII games.
