They have a combined 2 disc set of Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare and Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, but that's not really new. New games have new names. The Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 is expected out for November 2011, but it is not a new Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare.
I don't know when you asked this question, and if you know know, but yes, there will be new map packs on Modern Warfare 2. One map pack is called Stimulus, which has new maps, and brought back maps from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Also, there will be map pack called Resurgence. Resurgence has new maps, but also has maps from Modern Warfare 2.
I have heard rumors that new, and old, maps will be appearing this March as well as a new gametype called "Global Thermo Nuclear Warfare".

yes No it is not. Nazi Zombies is part of Call of Duty World at War and Call off Duty Black Ops. The Call of Duty World at War will not get any more new Map Packs beyond the 3 still available for purchase. The First Strike Map Pack is the First map pack for Call of Duty Black Ops and like the World at War it included 3 multiplayer maps and a single zombie map. There are no plans to release a stand alone Nazi Zombies Call of Duty console game like the nightmares game for Red Dead Redemption
