Is there parental controls on grand theft auto Chinatown wars?

Unfortunately, it doesn't. It would be nice to monitor it so that it won't be so graphic and bloody without blocking the whole game at all. I hope they will have parental control in the future when they come out with the newer version.

GTA is rated Mature. You don't give it to a kid. The answer is no. There is no reason to need parental controls on a game that is only For people 17 and up.

No; the only parental control available is not buying the game for a child that is too young, or at a maturity level that should not be playing the game in the first place.
