All the zombie maps from World at War can be bought and downloaded to Black Ops.
There are a number of sites that claim this this is not true. In fact they criticize Activision since people who purchased the Map packs for the Call of Duty World at War can not use them for Call of Duty Black Ops. There is no information that the Hardened and Prestige edition games need to download the maps. From reading the advertisement for those games they appear to be part of the original game discs.
I have seen used Hardened edition Call of Duty Black Ops video games for sale on Ebay that said the 4 zombie maps were not available with the game because the code had already been used
