Is xbox live worth the money?

It allows for many new features and updates on games that most people without it miss out on. People that have Halo 3, but don't have Xbox Live are unable to download new maps and update games. So they stop playing Xbox and started playing the computer. It also allows communication with friends and people from other countries and lets you download arcade game trials and video game demos for free. There are also many other benefits.

[THIS IS BASED OFF OF MY OPINION AND SOME FACT]

Xbox is a great way to meet people and you can talk to other players in the game vs. the PS3. Also you can watch movies on your xbox and there is lots more. But there are also bad things the controllers are bulky, the xbox can get the red ring of death (thats when your xbox stops working and is then usless) and that does not happen to often, and there are some reports of the Xbox eating up game disks. It all depends on how often you're going to play it and if you're parents pay for it or not lol. If you play it often, than yes, its definitely worth it.
