Just got 2002 CLK320 Cabriolet back from the body shop and trunk lid and convertible top no longer operate Any suggestions?

Taking a guess here, but make sure the sliding top cover is in the proper slot. When its locked in place, on either side, the plastic sliders will close two safety switches required for the top to operate. Found this on my 2000 model the hard way, good luck.
