he is in the training field near the memorial statue but you must beat all other no face gangsters first and il tell you he is tough so here are some ideas 1.if you fight close combat use regular attacks aswell as narutos clone combo 2. if you fight at a distance use rasengan with some knock back attacks but most of all try to keep you chakra up oh it also helps to hit him with you ultimate justu at the very start
